Handmade in small batches and hand finished in Mary Lou’s Country Kitchen, this
fruitcake is
a generations-old family recipe containing only the finest and freshest ingredients.
Fruitcake contains 90% fruits and pecans with just enough egg batter to hold it all together. After slowly baking, it is gently aged in Port wine until moist. Fruitcake contains NO citron,
raisins,
citrus peel, or heavy, overwhelming
spices, like most
fruitcakes.
Ingredients are: Plump Georgia pecan halves, candied cherries, candied pineapple, dates, eggs, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, with Port wine
added after baking.
The old-fashioned goodness of the finest ingredients makes each cake a
moist and delicious delight.
